HomeCare NZ, part of Care Group Limited, is a leading provider of home based care services.  Our focus is to provide a broad range of services to clients with disabilities, illness, injury or broad age related needs.  HomeCare NZ ensures a premium home based care service is delivered to New Zealanders in need.

Whether you need private care, are an ACC claimant or require home support relating to a disability which is funded through Taikura Trust (Ministry of Health), HomeCare NZ can help.

HomeCare NZ provides services to people located within the greater Auckland area as well as the Thames area.  The care services we provide range from basic companionship through to post-operative and palliative care.  A caregiver can be with you from as little as 2 hours per day or we can provide 24 hour live in care.  Our services are extremely flexible and we create a care plan tailored especially for your needs.

All HomeCare NZ caregivers are screened, interviewed and security checked.  Before commencing work with a client in their home, caregivers are carefully matched by our Client Care Manager based on caregiver skills and specific client requirements.

HomeCare NZ aims to not just meet, but to exceed, the accepted standards within the New Zealand health industry.  HomeCare NZ is certified by Telarc SAI to New Zealand Sector Standard NZS:8158 – 2003 – Home and Community Support Sector Standard and are a Telarc Registered Supplier. 

We are a contracted provider to ACC.  This contract covers Home and Community Support Service Serious Injury and Home Based Rehabilitation Non-Serious Injury Service.  This means that HomeCare NZ meets the government requirement for contract status within the industry.  We are also members of our industry association, the New Zealand Home Health Association (NZHHA), and are active participants within the Auckland Branch.

We take the ongoing obligations and responsibilities associated with these standards very seriously.
